Custom Homes: We can take your idea or sketch and turn it into a full set of construction drawings. We are able to create any type of home from historical to modern.

Construction Management: We will supervise subcontractors and construction sites to make sure the design, standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained.

Stock Plans: We have a number of stock plans available for purchase; we can change up to 30% of the plan with no additional fee.

Paper to CAD: We can convert old paper drawings to AutoCAD format, so that you can change and reproduce them easily. All plans are redrawn not scanned.

Outsourcing: We provide service to other Architectural Firms and Contractors with any drafting needs they may have. Outsourcing is a much more effective way to completing projects on time without having to hire a full time employee.

Field Measurements: We can also take field measurements of existing conditions if needed. (Metro Atlanta Area Only)

The following is a description of plan types:

Floor Plans: show the placement of interior walls and the dimensions of rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc., on each level of the home.

Exterior Elevations: show the front, rear and sides of the home, and include notes on exterior materials, details and measurements.

Foundation Plan: include drawings for a standard, daylight or partial basement and/or a crawlspace, pole, pier or slab foundation. All necessary notations and dimensions are included. (Foundation options will vary for each plan)

Roof Plan: shows slope and pitch, as well as the location of dormers, gables and other roof elements, including clerestory windows and skylights. Details may be shown on the exterior elevation sheet or on a separate diagram.

Schematic Electrical Layouts: show the suggested locations for switches, fixtures and outlets. These details may be shown on the detailed floor plans or on separate diagrams.

Wall Section: shows details of the home as though it were cut from the roof to the foundation. The cross sections specify the home’s construction, insulation, flooring and roofing details.

Interior Elevations: show the specific details of cabinets (kitchen, bathroom and utility room), fireplaces, built-in units and other special interior features, depending on the nature and complexity of the item. Note: We suggest contacting local cabinet and fireplace distributors for sizes and styles.

Site Plan: shows the property boundary & house location5. Includes house location, setbacks, property size, roads, walkways, driveway, etc.
